The City of Prairie Grove has completed
the second and final pass picking up storm related
debris on all streets in the City. The permitted burn
site located at the wastewater plant is NOW CLOSED.
Anyone with additional brush will be responsible for
the cost of removal either by contracting with a private
company, or by fee with the City. Anyone with brush
still remaining in their yards will be subject to
the property maintenance requirements of the city
and could be subject to enforcement action if the
debris isn’t cleaned up. It’s estimated
that over 40,000 cubic yards of debris was disposed
of at the burn site. |
