Permit Applications must be submitted to the City WITH payment. A residential permit application also requires a residential building review form and any additional information requested in the application. Commercial permits must submit full plans for approval before issuance. If you would like to submit the form electronically, scan and email it to pgfrontdesk [at] pgtc.com. After its reviewed, and approved, payment will be required. Payment can be in person, by mail, or by calling 846-3038 and making payment over the phone using a credit card. Only after payment is accepted, may work begin.
