Applications must be submitted to the City WITH payment. If you would like to submit the form electronically, scan and email it to pgfrontdesk [at] pgtc.com. After its reviewed, and approved, payment will be required. Payment can be in person, by mail, or by calling 846-3038 and making payment over the phone using a credit card. Only after payment is accepted, may work begin.
