The City is bisected by Highway 62, which ties the City to neighboring Communities such as Lincoln and Farmington as well as a quick 10 minute drive into Fayetteville. The Highway has recently been expanded to four lanes from Prairie Grove to Farmington and a bypass is scheduled to be built South of the City to relieve the congestion through downtown.
Highway 62 heads west into Oklahoma, a short 15 minute drive into the neighboring State. To the Southwest, Interstate 540 can be accessed with a 10 minute “shortcut” through the community of Hogeye, and then connecting to the Interstate at the West Fork access ramp.
